    Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The friendly staff helped me with my bags on my first visit. I recommend trying the restaurant. I'm coming back for Easter!

    Overall clean hotel, very big beds, warm breakfasts and very efficient staff. A nice size rooms with a spectacular view. Location really close to incredible restaurants, ranging from Michelin starred to artisanal takeaways as well as all the main shops. The outdoor restaurant on the premises. A very good way to end my trip.

    I truly enjoyed 4 nights there. It was a small hotel which had great service. The venue was in an amazing location so close to the centre of the restaurant area and the shopping area. And it was relatively close to Comme Chez Soi, ate there couple of times: )

    wonderful stay but room could use a refresh

    The staff consistently provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was excellent, showcasing high-quality ingredients, made every morning a treat.

    I noticed that the decor in my room felt a bit dated compared to the overall modern feel of the hotel.

    we liked the location is excellent ,you are close to everything,the ladies in the room with the fireplace very nice ,the pool clean great.

    The room, I thought it would be bigger so I selected a luxury room, but it turns out that it was small, the bar on Friday night had live music and we wanted to have a cocktail, but despite the fact that there were free tables, the lady told us that everything was busy. I was also very annoyed that, despite having booked in Euros, and being my card in Euros, I wanted to pay in the same currency the lady, she made me the bill in Florines, and I got a more expensive value, for the change of currency, I could not get her to charge me in Euros, despite having made my reservation in this currency, I was very annoyed. When we went to our room there were two without doors.

    We had a lovely stay for two nights! The breakfast was the best buffet I've experienced, with endless delicious options. The spa was a highlight, with its various steam rooms inviting relaxation. Our Grand Deluxe Park View Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, everything was as shown in photos.

    All the hotel staff are very correct, friendly and try all the time to make things easier for the traveller. The room they gave us was in excellent condition and clean. It was spacious, very well decorated, very nice and very comfortable . The breakfast service they offer is very complete. The building is very nice and elegant. It is very well located, so it is easy to reach the main tourist attractions. From the hotel you can hire excursions. We chose the boat ride on the Danube at sunset. It is recommended. For the rest of the trips, we walk or use public transport, which gives a very good service. The hotel is also close to the bar and restaurant area, ideal when going out for dinner. In this sense, the ruined bars are an experience not to be missed. I cannot describe them. The atmosphere at the Szimpla Kert is fantastic. It's a dream place. Informal, good music, the food is simple but good, great variety of drinks, very good atmosphere, relaxed.

    The location was just perfect! Walking distance to main attractions. The breakfast had good pastries 🥐, but the mini-bar was a bit disappointing. A great stay!
